When booking a service, you will get to a confirmation page which is when your appointment is being reviewed. Once your get an email from us that is when your request has been accepted.

We reserve the right to reschedule an appointment time/day due to inclement weather.

We do require a 24 hours notice of appointment cancellation to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

Turnaround times may vary depending on the season or the services needed for equipment repairs. We do our best to report back to you in a timely manner as parts arrive to schedule return visits. Depending on the services and delivery of parts this could be anywhere from 24 hours to a few weeks.

A diagnostic appointment is one in which we send a mechanic to come and diagnose the problem that has arisen with your equipment. This could be to confirm something possibly wrong with the machine or the machine is not starting and the client is unsure as to what the problem could be.

The reason for needing the model and serial number of the machine is because WE come to YOU! We stock the truck with the most common/frequently seen models but we like to know ahead of time what we are working with in case we might need a different air filter for your tune up. When we service your machine at your house we wipe down/spray clean the engine area. If equipment gets picked up to be serviced at the shop for repair we provide a complimentary power wash.
